I had a challenging windshield to find/replace (2003 Mercedes S430). Randy (owner of AGS) was one of the few that found the glass (or was willing to). His quote back to me was timely (unlike others) and exacting (wanted VIN to make sure he had the right windshield). His supplier kept him informed and he to me on when it would arrive (1-2 days) and then Randy was at my house the morning he got the windshield. Randy also has support to answer his calls and help with scheduling (very important). He is an expert at this craft and also was one of the few that puts his warranty on his website. PLEASE don't compromise with other "fly by night" companies - it's worth having a trusted company like AGS for your car - trust me!
